• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in major cities and 5–7 business days for other areas
• Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
• Currently, we ship within Pakistan only.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In original condition and packaging
• Returned with all tags intact

For size or fit issues, returns are accepted subject to the above conditions and product availability.

Innerwear and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos.

Return Process

Email info@athlix.pk with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the product back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by Athlix, our team will guide you regarding the return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
