Returns / Exchanges Policy

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers may arrange their own courier service for returns or exchanges.
We recommend using a courier service with tracking or proof of postage.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 4–7 days of receiving the order, including transit time back to our warehouse.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items with stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
Underwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Category-Based Return Rules

Sale / Clearance Items

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Pickup & drop service is not available for sale items.

Routine (Non-Sale) Items

Pickup & drop exchange service is available only for regular (non-sale) items.
A maximum of 2 articles can be exchanged through pickup & drop service.
For more than 2 items, customers must arrange their own courier service.

Orders Above Rs. 10,000

Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange only applies for such orders.

Refund Policy

Maximum Refund Limit

Refunds are applicable only for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refund initiation may take 5–7 business days.
Bank processing time may take up to 30 days.

Exchange Rules

Exchange is allowed only for the same product value or variant.
A Rs. 300 exchange fee applies to all exchanges.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Faulty Items

Contact us at info@athlix.pk with product photos and issue details.
Faulty claims must be reported within 4–7 days of receiving the order.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 2–4 business days.
During sale periods, processing may take 6–10 business days.

Return Parcel Responsibility

Customers are responsible for returned parcels until received and inspected.

Out of Stock Exchange Items

If requested size/color is unavailable, a similar value replacement may be offered.
Refund or store credit only if order value is below Rs. 10,000.
